Time to act is "NOW". Little town America, look around.
Bob Taylor, cleveland, tn, USN, ATN2, 1966-1970
This country was founded by immigrants and patriots. We still need immigrants to help us grow and improve. However, these immigrants MUST be legal immigrants. When you start life in America by violating Federal law it's difficult to see where and when you'll stop!
Jim Doran, Laurel, MD, U.S. Navy, CWO4, 1963-1983
Founder, San Diego Minutemen
Jeff Schwilk, Oceanside, CA, USMC, MSgt, 1982-2003
Ted Nugent, my bloodbrother, was killed this morning by a pro Mex Invasion POS, if not in body, in spirit. I wrote ch.29 of "Immigration's Unarmed Invasion: Deadly Consequences" 2004
Michael O\'Brien, Florissant, Colorado, US Army, SP5, 1968-70
Securing our borders is the most important issue facing the U.S. today.
Jeremy Taylor, Humble, Texas, Army, 1LT, 1969-1972
When are the legal, God fearing, American Citizens of our great nation going to rise up and take back our country. Our country will soon be taken over without a fight! Our enemies have done a good job in getting their operatives elected to government offices and have placed their brained washed professors in our colleges. It's up to you and me!
Daniel McCranie, Guntersville, Alabama, U.S. Army; U.S. Army Reserves, E-5, 1975-1986
Concentrate our efforts on the large businesses who hire many illegals, not on some poor senior citizen who cannot find anyone else to do his yard work. Americans won't do it because the illegals have flooded our country and they can't compete. Stop the flow across our borders but in the meantime don't harrass our senior citizens, widows and disabled.
Lee Willis, Oceanside, California, USMC, CWO, 20 years
I never thought I would have to rise up and defend my country and my freedoms on my own property from illegal aliens. It is beyond time that illegal immigration is completly stopped.
Coy Brown, Slana, Alaska, Army, E4, 9 years
As a disabled veteran who served our great nation honorably, I find the slow deterioration of our nation from forces outside and from within un-acceptable. Those who refuse to learn from history are bound to repeat it. Rome collapsed due to the loss of core values, language and culture we will repeat the same collapse if we do not take action immediately.
William Warren IV, Merced, Ca, Navy, DC3, 1991-1996
If the Armed Services of today are not allowed to patrol the border maybe the VFW members should sign up for a week or two to guard our borders, but, only if we can be armed.
Doyle Cable, Edmond, Oklahoma, US ARMY, E-5, 1967-1969
I am glad to see that there is a group of veterans other than myself who believe in securing the border.
Jon Saltzgiver, Franklin, TN, Navy, E4, 1992-1998
The constitution was written in English, I see our country becoming a country of many different languages and none of them respecting our own English or our country.
This is not a tenement house, this is our country Learn the language respect our culture.
Marc Fisher, Chicago, il, ARMY, SPC, 1997-2005
Before it is too late, action needs to be taken by our elected officials to secure our borders. The American workers and taxpayers deserve this.
Dan Wyatt, asheville, North Carolina, Army, E4, 1967-1969
Protection of the principal of legally-acquired citizenship is the foundation for everything else: voting rights which establish our legislators and consequent legislation, as well as the executive and judicial branches. Legal immigration and assimilation, our first 200 years history, must be preserved, or the prospersous nation that is the United States of America is doomed to dilution and disintegration.
Daniel Conway, Albany, OR, USMC, LtCol, 27 years
Since our politicians won't do anything without pressure at the polls I hope enough people will be interested to vote for the men and women who will take appropriate measures to preserve our country and our constitutional rights including the right to have a country that stands for something and not just a place that immigrants pass through.
John Dickens, Abingdon, VA, US Army, sp/5, 1966-1969
Let's get ALL veterans together!
James (Jim) Sleter, Sarasota, Florida, Army, Spc-4, 1966-1968
Stop the invasion and boot out all the illegals, and their anti-American abettors. This a war in our country, for our country.
Michael O\'Brien, Florissant, Colorado, US Army, SP5, 1968-1970
I am a charter member of the Minuteman Project and a retired Korean Conflict veteran.
We must stand our ground agains all enemies, foreign or domestic. It seems the domestic ones are more dangerous to the nation's Sovereignty.
Lawrence Headrick, Tunnel Hill, GA, USA/USAF, Sgt, 16 years
I thank it is a dirty rotten shame what Bush and our government has done to to this nation. We are fast losing control over our destiny and our culture and american way of life is near the point of no return. We must act NOW.
Sidney A. Lay, Montclair, Ca, USAF, S/Sgt, 1954-1963
Freedom isn't Free.
James Belver, Fort Lupton, CO, U.S.Army, E-5, 1965-1970
