I am a Hispanic, with 33+ years as a Deputy Sheriff and Gang Expert in Los Angeles. Of the three "Super Gangs" spawned in the streets of Los Angeles, "Florencia 13", "18th Street", and "Mara Salvatrucha 13", are composed primarily of illegal immigrants. These are not the poor working people of 20 years ago.

The same criminals that traffick in human beings, also traffick in drugs and false documents. This is how the violent "Sureno" gangs fund the bloody distruction of our society. About 600 are murdered by gangs in L.A. each year. These gangs are growing and migrating into cities and towns across the U.S. and their aim is to first seduce and then distroy our children and our way of life.

The ugly backlash against this lawlessness will result in social repercussions against both legal and illegal immigrant Hispanics in the U.S. and more racism. we Hispanics should be the first to speak out against this perversion of our culture.

Glad to know a website like this exists. My little brother is currently serving in Iraq. I was furious when I saw our American flag being removed from flag poles and replaced with Mexican flags.... Our troops are fighting in dying in Iraq, and its a slap in the face of every Vet for protesters to remove the very flag of the country we swear to protect and serve. Invasion on any scale is unacceptable. In light of recent laws passed and actions taken by the Mexican government that run counter to everything this country stands for we need to react quickly. The fact that our government chooses to not respond to this threat is clearly a violation of the directive outlining the defence of this country against outside forces. The only benefit derived from the illegal aliens is a cheap work force for BIG BUSINESS. By using these people they are driving down the wages of middle class america working men and women. If these people do not want to leave then they need to be forced. In addition to the problems of employment, there is the issue of the free medical care they are receiving which is bankrupting our medical services. I have seen where some hospitals and clinics scattered about the southwest have had to shut down certain services due to being overrun by illegals. I believe that immigration when strictly controlled can be beneficial to all parties concerned. This situation is as much the fault of our own governments blatant disregard of enforcement of laws that had been enacted to protect our way of life as it is the Mexican government and its people.

Our son was killed in the Pentagon on September 11th, 2001 and was never found. He was in the Navy serving his country in the Chief of Naval Operations office in the Pentagon.

He left a wife and two small children behind. His son turned three in November 2001 and his daughter turned one in November 2001.

We oppose "earned" citizenship and "guest worker" programs and support reducing immigration and enforcing our borders.

Please remember that some of the hijackers on September 11th were illegals or overstayed their visas. Our son died that day because of them.
