Retired military, active CBP (legacy INS). I spent years on the border between East and west Berlin and East and West Germany (Fulda gap, 11th ACR). If I can defend the German border and my son can defend the Iraq border than the rest of the military can defend our border. There is no reason the US Army/USMC/USAF can not use our southern border as a training area.

We must hold the feet of our leaders to the fire. Enforce the laws on the books, end birthright citizen, stop amnesty, and deport all criminal aliens. Enough is enough!

During my Army service I saw both the Berlin Wall and the Iron Curtain which used to divide East and West Germany. Those who say building a fence won't work to keep people from illegaly crossing the border are simply wrong. If you build it they can't come.
