The whole problem with illegal immigration comes down to this, "Our elected officials are not doing what is in the best interest of our country anymore." As veterans we believed in God and Country, our current elected officials in both parties put themselves and thier parties before God or country and that is the major problem.
Bob Haran, Arizona, Corporal, U.S. Marine Corps, 1968-71
Disability retired/in line of duty injuries. Spent 16 years defending the US of A and the US Constitution while in uniform. Being out of uniform doesn't stop me from wanting to continue to defend our nation.
Lawrence Headrick, Georgia, Sgt, USA/USAF, 04/ + 12 1948/ 1964
As a veteran, I feel we need to secure our borders from drug trafficers and terrorists. If the borders are not protected, this can lead to another 9/11.
Christopher Pyles, Tennessee, Cpl e-4, USMC, 5 years service
Screw the politicians! They're not listening to those of us who put them there and they aren't doing the things *We the People* want. PC is BS! I may be disabled, but I can still fight if the need arises to keep the illegal invasion at bay.
John Berger, Tennessee, OSSN, USN,'80 - '83
I do support that action and it's objective to repel the invasion from Mexico. How may I be of service?
Fredrick P. Martin, Oklahoma, SFC (E-7), US Army, 1979-1995
Also served as Law Enforcement Officer, in the state of Georgia (1974 - 2001), Police Officer, Patrolman, Detective. Now retired.
Stephen J. Bailey, Georgia, MM3 (E-4), Navy, 1970 - 1974
I didn't serve my country so that my kids would have to grow up speaking Spanish.
Ted Martin, Georgia, E5, USN, 1982 - 1986
I am sick and tired of supporting illegals with my tax dollars. I am especially disappointed with President Bush regarding his lack of action!!
Boyd Nightenhelser, Indiana, ET1(SS)/E-6, Navy, 1978-1986
I STAND WITH YOU 100%.
James Coffman, Arizona, YN 3, U.S.C.G., 1965 - 1969
Currently a disabled combat veteran from Vietnam era where I served in the infintry for the 9th inf div. I live in the mountains with no neighbors, except for the constant illegals crossing and destroying my land and breaking into my house. Already broke in three times this year, and was three times last year.
Dick Calton, California, Specialist - 4, Army Infintry, 1966 - 1968
Close our borders. Do something, I'm joining the "Minuteman Project"!
Fredrick R. Beduhn, Texas, SOG2, USN, 1957-1960
GLAD TO BE ABOARD. YES, you may list me publicly as a supporter of your position!!
Vernon Lemaster, Nebraska, A/1c, USAF, 1952--1956
I'm afraid it's too late. The LEFTIST have control of our colleges and main stream media. At all levels of our schools, our children are being taught that America is the enemy. Our Founding Fathers would be horrified to see the Country they founded.
Jerry Adams, Kentucky, E-5, Army, 1965-1968
We can stop this problem if we work together.
John Arthur Eule, California, E-3, Navy, 74-76
Our leaders are intellegent and know the danger they have subjected us all to. Most of us would be fired or sued for such neglect of our jobs. Perhaps something exists that we have not been made aware of. This is my country and I want the borders sealed to protect my family and all AMERICANS.
Wayne Ralph, Nevada, a/2c, USAF, 1957/1960
If you have vfw chapetes that would like to get active in their communities in a local way let me know. I am working a program to clean house domestically!
Preston Wiginton, Texas,
Minutemen Take to Sea:
Border Watch member, “River Chief” is just beginning another eight to ten hour night patrol of a region in the Gulf of Mexico offshore of Mississippi and Alabama. His usual patrol starts at the shoreline and extends up to one hundred miles out with a total of 200 to 300 square miles per patrol. His modus operandi is to search for anything unusual and suspicious both onshore and offshore which is usually in the form of other boats cruising the Gulf. They can be Al Qaeda owned vessels easing toward shore to drop off weapons or operatives, a boat load of drugs being smuggled ashore by cartels to be distributed on the streets of America to poison out youth or a number of other illicit cargo. Being all expenses for operations are out of pocket, patrols are currently at random times as not to tip off those who break the border and other laws. But as soon as funds become available, patrols will be stepped up more often....
Barry Zell, Maine
I applaund and support your efforts.
Brian Ahrens, Michigan, FC3/E4, Navy, 1985-1989
Who is the greater threat to me and my family - the forces who invade us, or the government which refuses to protect us?" WAKE UP AMERICA!
Steven Carlson, California, Sergeant (E5), U.S. Army, 1965-1968
I never thought I'd live to see this country in the shit it's in- in my lifetime! So a little late - but I'm with the MinuteMen on the border - with my lil' Glock and S&W. We are waiting on the Federal Gov't to remove it's collective head(s) from each other's Senatorial butts!
Tony Cizerle, Spec E5, Army MP, 2 VietNam
It's About Time!! It's Almost A Shame It Even Has To Come To This. Bush Is A Huge Disappoint!
Robert T. Howard, Pennsylvania, SSGT, USAF, 1965-1973
Great site! Keep up the good work and thank you!
Dave Lovelace, California, E5, Army, 1965-1968
Edward Kesler, Indiana, SSG, US Army, 1968-1984
Frist I would like to thank all of you for your service to our country, and I'm glad to see something is being done. If people want to come to our country they should come the legal way without breaking the law. As far as I am concerned when you come in the illegal way you have no rights!
Thomas Rocco, Connecticut
It is time to protect the home land first instead every body else.
Dave Guilliams, Ohio, Sgt. E-5, U.S. Army & OHNG, 1965-1968, 1972-1974, 1976-1994
